We collect only your email address when you join the LashLine waitlist. We do not collect any other personal data, and we do not use cookies or any tracking technologies on this website.
3. Why we collect it and the legal basis
We collect your email address for the following purposes:
- To notify you when LashLine becomes available (waitlist communication)
- To send you product updates and marketing emails about LashLine
The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form.
4. How long we keep your data
We store your email address until you withdraw your consent or request deletion. You can do so at any time by emailing team@earlynode.com.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the following categories of third-party processors, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Email delivery provider — to send you waitlist confirmations and marketing emails.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook/Instagram) — we use the Meta Pixel on this website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. This may involve the transfer of pseudonymous data (e.g. hashed identifiers, browsing behaviour) to Meta. Meta acts as an independent data controller for its own purposes. No processor may use your data for their own purposes beyond what is described above.
6. Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject, you have the right to:
